Bio

Vadim is an accomplished software engineer, a solutions architect, experiential learner, tireless hustler, accomplished research scientist, and an entrepreneur with experience in advanced research in information science and human-systems interactions. 

With his prior background in scientific research and innovation in the field of human-systems interactions for a large corporation, Vadim was able to connect the dots between various aspects of entrEpreneurship and intrApreneurship in order to come up with key parts of the StartupMonthly methodology. 

With academic background in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, Vadim is an entrepreneur with experience leading advanced research programs for the US government. Vadim also has extensive experience in incubating ideas, pursuing funding, and leading innovation teams. 

Vadim has been involved with startups since 1999 as first a developer, then a consultant, and ultimately a founder of three companies. At Lockheed Martin, Vadim was distinguished during his 7+ years of services as one of the top 2% of employees while he was responsible for 2 research labs and served as a member of the elite cross-corporation Shark Team of experts in big data sciences.
