Startup Elevator / Corporate Innovation Workshop
3 days of intensive hands-on accelerator for IT startups or innovation teams who would like to take their projects to the next level utilizing StartupMonthly methodology for idea, product, or business acceleration. Teams will work with Silicon Valley mentors to learn the essentials of the Lean Startup methodology through practicing and performing Customer Development, re-defining their Minimal Viable Product, and optimizing their business model for rapid user adoption. The StartupMonthly mentors will supervise the startups along the way and help rework and improve the roadmaps for the teams.

Objectives for TeamsGet your project / startup off the ground by getting daily one-on-one mentorship by Silicon Valley mentors. You will perform effective Customer Development, use Lean Startup methodology to build a new Minimal Viable Product (MVP), define a roadmap and go to market strategy, launch new MVP for your customers and pitch to get investment during Investor Demo Day.

Each Day's AgendaEach day will start with a lecture and active discussion to reinforce learned material. Hands on activities and tasks are then presented for the rest of the day due for review the next morning. While the teams execute these activities, mentors will hold one-on-one sessions to review progress and provide feedback on the business model and the product.
